Here is Count Fredro at his best! Love affairs were one of his favourite themes. The lightness and zest with which he presented them, inspired choreographers of the oncoming premiere Fredriana at the Teatr Wielki - National Opera. Fredro's comedies, combined with Moniuszko's humorous yet mysterious, lyrical yet dramatic, music, turn out to be a perfect duo.
